Disclaimer

I am not a licensed psychotherapist or medical provider. My work is as a Lifestyle Teacher and Mentor, drawing on decades of experience in education, licensed therapeutic touch, and behavioral guidance.

The practices I share are skills-based, solution-focused, and designed to support children and families in building resilience, confidence, and healthy daily habits.

While I often use methods informed by psychology and neuroscience, my role is not to diagnose or treat mental illness. Instead, I help children and parents develop practical tools for mindset, manners, and movement—the foundations of lifestyle.

My focus is helping people practice useful skills in everyday life. We identify meaningful goals, reflect on what is helping, and adjust the guidance as needs change.
